Are corporations exempt from concerns as to illegal search and seizures? Or would this be more of a common law issue?
In respect to the first two answers. Is it spelled out anywhere that the Constitution applies only to the government's rights, as the example of the 5th amendment seems to apply to not only the government but also to people, and corporations. Clarification would be appreciated... Thanks
