This may be a dumb question but I wanted ask since I'm unsure. I know that the majority of 3G or cell signal strength is due to the service provider you have. I'm curious to know if the type of phone you had has any bearing on the how well it can receive the signal. I'm guessing that the phone itself doesn't have anything to do with it.
I'm asking because the 3G signal for my Droid X has issues when I'm in my office at work. I'm at a section that i blocked but walls on each side and I have no windows. So my signal has issues getting through the wall. Thanks for any feedback!
