To clarify, I am not referring to the data that showed cooling. The claim being made is that according to the global warming hypothesis (and the IPCC), troposphere warming is the signature of greenhouse gas warming, and as such should be warming at a rate FASTER than ground level temperatures. A warmer troposphere also holds more water vapour, thus providing a positive feedback. But the data shows it is not warming faster. Is this claim true? Should the troposphere be warming at a faster rate.
