I was home schooled. At 16 I earned my GED and entered a community college. I have 30 college credit hours now and a 4.0. Now I am applying for University of Texas in Austin. I understand that the top 10 percent law applies to high school students, but does it also apply to those with a GED, who are transferring from a community college with a 4.0? Please answer if you really know. Thank you so much.
