I am looking to buy this phone from somebody on ebay so I can upgrade my current phone the problem is that a lot of these smart phones require you to get some sort of data plan that includes internet. I am not looking to get a data plan so was wondering if this phone needs a data plan in order to use it. I would like to know before I buy it from the seller.
