Could someone please give me the function and/or talk me through this problem. I have tried multiple ways to solve this and do not know if any of them are right. The photoelectric effect is very confusing to me. :-/ I have read the chapters in my textbooks at least five times and have googled about it. I still, however, have not found a good explanation.
