...True Womanhood theory? I have to write an essay on the book Sula by Toni Morrison.
We're supposed to chose which theory the novel supports and tell why.
I'm not sure of which one Sula falls into, because it has parts that talk about the roles of women in the time period, but also talks about some of the people wanting to be white instead of black.
What are your thoughts? Any help would be appreciated.
