Does the new Apple iPad have a webcam? Can it be used for skype?

You don't need a webcam for skype, it supports text chat, audio chat, and video chat(and any combination of those 3)
I seriously doubt that Apple will let us have THAT much freedom....

The new Apple Ipad does not have a webcam currently, Apple plans on putting one on a future model. Yes you can use it for skype, but you cant take advantage of the video (web-cam) feature due to Apples idiotic ways.
