Does the Multi-Displacement System used by Jeep work at constant cruising speeds...

...over 65mph? Say at 75mph? As advertised by Jeep, the MDS system works "between speeds of 45 and 65mph". I drive on the highway all the time, at speeds over 65mph usually. Will the four cyclinders shut off at constant cruising speeds of 75mph for better mpg like they do at the speeds between 45 and 65mph?
