The portion of the media that contains FOX certainly isn't liberal.
The "Liberal media" is mostly a myth created by neo-cons when they don't get their own way with the free press. The US media is mostly run by big business, and big business is mostly conservative.
There are some liberal news papers and some liberal editors, but most of the media is centerist at best.
