Does the LG Sentio have WiFi and a full HTML Browser?

I am planning to add a line to T-Mobile and use web2go internet on a phone.
I researched and found that the Samsung Tap and Nokia 5230 Nuron both support web2go, which is $9.99 per month.

However I hear that the LG Sentio also supports web2go. I cannot seem to find full specs on this cellular device. I want to know how it compares the the Nokia Nuron and if it has WiFi and a full Html Browser.
