Does the Lexus Computer records a history of the mileage from the odometer?

I recently change my busted odometer to an odometer that has less mileage and I want to get it service at a Lexus Dealer and I don't want to have a problem....
 
The only time you will have done anything wrong is if you sell it to someone and don't inform them of what you have done.
The dealership may even be able to help in this matter.
