Does the lexile level of a student dictates her english grammar?

Not necessarily.

Lexile is a measure of reading difficulty of a text, based on vocabulary and sentence length.

In native speakers, it's perfectly possible that someone can have perfectly grammatical English, but have a lowish Lexile level because they have a poor vocabulary or specific reading comprehension problems.
