I bought a new 2008 Nissan 350Z around January 2009 from a dealership.
The car ran great up until about five months ago. The car suddenly stalls
while it is being driven. I have taken it to the dealership over five times now for
the same problem. They replaced the fuel pump and crank sensor but the car still shuts off randomly.
The mechanics would deny that the car would shut off at all during their test drives, but they said
that they would pick up misreadings from the parts mentioned above.
The car shut off on me about four days ago and i took it to them again.
Assuming that they do not fix it or "experience" any problems with it, what can i do to
get compensated for the car?
