Does the koodo blackberry from futureshop really come with a $100 GC?

I was originally planning on getting a koodo blackberry anyways but i was on futureshop and it said under special offers on cellphones that it comes with a $100 gift card on select plans. Is this an in-store deal or an online only thing. Or is it only valid with like the most expensive koodo plan or something? cause i was planning on getting the $20 plan with 50 mins and 50 texts and the $10 blackberry social add on.
