I am currently in a custody battle and the GAL has recommended custody to my ex. He has manipulated the people involved in this case. She states that he would be more apt to encourage a relationship between the other parent and the child. I know this to be complete nonsense. I have lived it and I know the truth. I guess it shouldn't surprise me as to how he has these people fooled, he fooled me for three years!
Anyway, the absolute worst thing in the world would be for him to obtain custody of my precious daughter. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience in this matter.
