Does the iPhone (unlocked) work with a T-Mobile SIM card?

Also, will all of the functions (such as applications. iTunes, internet, texting, email, etc.) that work with AT&T work with T-Mobile?
 
An iPhone is designed to work with GSM carriers.Since its unlocked you can switch over to other GSM networks.Only locked phones,will not accept the other carrier simcards.I had a locked one,and after unlocking it through the permanent remote unlock service from Theunlockspot.com I was able to swap networks in my iPhone.
