Does the HTC HD2 come with the ROM update? What does it include?

I ordered a new T-mobile HTC HD2 on Thursday May 20 2010. Will it come with the rom update or will I have to install it? What does the update include. I went to HTC's site and they had a bunch of downloads for faster texting etc. And also, will the update include all the things that the HTC HD2 originally came with such as the transformers movies and the apps?
