Does the future of Mahou Shojo in America look good?

I've known Mahou Shojo hasn't been in America in a while. For those of you don't know Magical Doremi returned to the CW4KIRAB this week. Totally Spies returned to Cartoonnetwork the new movie I'm positive it did well. For those of you that don't know Totally Spies is a French cartoon about three typical teenage girls living in Beverly Hills, America going to school being spies and leading a teenage life the cartoon looks very anime like. With a possible Sailor Moon relicense in plans for the future, does Mahou Shojo have a another shot in America? Who know the Power Puff Girlz Z could follow suit if Totally Spies does well.

Totally Spies is not mahou shoujo. Mahou shoujo means magical girl, and that's more of a teen spy hero thriller.

Anyway, Mahou Shoujo still only appeals mostly to little girls and a small minority of adult fans. If they need another shot to be successful, they need to start marketing it to the right age group.

Magical girl market looks to be dead. Pretty Cure has seemingly been cancelled in Canada, and you're resting your hope on a failed show that was solely brought back for filler (Doremi).
