the new york state department of criminal justice services has already told me that my sealed arrrest (and dismissed, so no convictions or even an enter of plea or anything) will produce a no releasable record response in any situation except
if i wanted to work as a police officer
if i wanted a gun permit
or if i got arrested again
that being said, i remember seeing a list of employers that might be entilted to my records
such as children's services
and my career of choice, financial institutions
So I am still worried that they will find out
also, a federal regulatory agency such as the SEC will obtain ccriminal information on me from the FBI
how do I know that the FBI also updaated their database file to me as sealed and
would thte FBI disclose sealed information?
