Does the Everlast thigh toner work?

I am getting the thing toner next week as it is on order and i was wondering if it will work these certain parts of the body:
Inner thighs, outer thighs, back of thighs, arms, abs etc.
If not just say and if you know, i would love to know how soon results will start showing!!
