Does the Dodge Charger SXT 3.5L V-6 come with a standard shiftable automatic?

I am looking at a Dodge charger sxt 3.5L V-6 and am wondering if the car comes standard with the shiftable automatic or if it's an added feature. The car says 5spd auto but I also read that the 3.5 came standard with the shiftable. And if it does how does that work? How do you shift with it?
