Does the Army have to honor an opportunity of amnesty during a military drug test?

During a recent military drug test, every individual in my company was given an opportunity to admit to using drugs.
We were all told before the test that if we admitted to using drugs, that "nothing would happen." We were told that our company would help us out if we had the integrity to admit to failing the test before we took it.
I admitted before the test that, that I would fail for THC. After failing the test I was issued a other than honorable discharge by my Commander. I am a veteran with a combat infantry badge for direct participation in ground combat. Can I trust JAG to help me out with this?
