...development of each arm size? Some says that if you want to focus more on developing the strength of your arms "you need to lift more heavier weights but less reps" but if you want to focus more on the size they "you need to lift more lighter but with more reps. So I get confused. Is there someone there who can give me a very meaningful and informative answer?
