Does the ab lounge work?

I'm 15 have a healthy diet,and I want to change my lifestyle by exercising. So does it work? Does it help you get tone and get abs?
 
it kinda works, i use to have one, but then i tried out a stability ball and that works better, so i just sold my ab lounge. just get a stability ball its way cheaper and more effective
