Does the 2004 Lexus RX 330 have REAL wood and leather?

I have 04 Lexus RX and I wondering if my car has real wood and leather? We also have a 05 Sienna XLE with leather and wood and other than color I don't see a real difference. The RX is a bit softer well the softest of the three, but thats it. I am asking because the wood looks a lot better then the vans, but looks kind of cheap and tack when compared to E350. Does the RX330 use real wood or leather? I know in the Mercedes its fake leather real wood and the Toyota leather not sure; wood is definitely fake its plastic and i can tell.
 
It's real wood. On some models you can choose between different grains and types. I know it looks fake, but it's not. There's alot of clear coat over it. If you were to take the trim piece apart and look at the back of it you would see the dull wood grain.
