I have a blackberry bold 9700. I'm thinking about getting a net book but have not because I do not have wireless access at the school in which I teach. Someone suggested that I tether my blackberry to the network so that I could get internet. I'm just curious, if i tether to my phone, does it cost me anything and/or use minutes? Does it just use up MB of my data plan on my phone in which I have unlimited? This will probably be the deciding factor of whether I get a lap top soon or not, so if someone could give me some detail on how it works for AT&T that would great.
I already have looked up online how to tether, but after the initial question is answered, any links to how to tether will still be appreciated.

Also, if I do buy a lap top or net book, I will be looking for a computer with a bluetooth option. I just figured this would be useful information for anyone that can help me with tethering. Thanks again!
