I've decided to go on a diet for about a week. So long story short is I've been consuming about just under 1000 calories a day but I get all the nutrients i needed according the daily nutrients table. I don't feel hungry because my meals are quite satisfying and i do have snacks (fruits) in between meals. Also the food i eat like broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, and chicken all have low calories even though i consume a lot. I also drink a lot of water so I usually very full.
1. Does this put me on starvation mode since im consuming such less calories but im full?
Im Male, age 20, weigh 90-92kg on and off, I have about 25% of fat according to the scale and 44% muscle. Im doing 10 minute cardio excercises everyday.
