Does Stan Lee have some sort of deal

At least in Iron Man it was a 3 second cameo where we only saw his back, and then he turned around and we saw his face for a split second, and then he was gone.

Paddy :D

It's a running gag which is only fair as he created or helped to create a lot of the characters.

Wait until Marvel start releasing their own films later this year. :)

You're both wrong.

Technically, Marvel have no plans to release their own films. They produce their own films then sell the distribution rights - to Paramount in the case of Iron Man.

Yes, they release their own films to the distributor. The films are their own, and they are releasing them to someone who can distribute.

FunkmasterT is right. Film release, and film distribution are separate tasks. Marvel are releasing their own films (from newly formed Marvel Studios). Whoever distributes them is neither here nor there.

Jack Kirby & others might have disagreed.

There's no denying Lee is a legend though.

His 60's output represents a paradigm shift in comic book history.

Hi,

there's a really good episode of "Dinner for Five" where all the comic-book nerRAB get together, with stan lee, I wish they'd made it longer.

Kind regarRAB,
