Well, my body is actually more of a long distance runner but I want to start sprinting only as sprinters are generally more muscular than long distance runners. They also have awesome arms and upper bodies. I know that sprinting builds leg muscle mass and abs to a certain extent. But do they build biceps and triceps? I am not too keen on lifting weights. My age is 14. Height is 173cm. Weight is about 54 kg. Also how long will it be before I see a difference in my body. I am doing 3 HIIT sessions of 15 min every week. Thanks a LOT!!!
