please help my speakers wont play ring tones unless there is a call and whenever i call any body i have to put it on speaker because i cant hear the other person and they cant hear me so when i don't put it on speaker it shows a picture of head phones and says speaker below it. When i put it on speaker it says speaker and it shows a little volume sign. i am thanking you in advance: thank you
 
Are you paying for insurance for it through Sprint? And when did you get your phone. You have like a year warranty. Call Palm and ask them.
