I'm wondering that when you call Sprint several times about an issue that they will not resolve, if they flag your account as "don't help this person" or something. Some sort of note that they can read after they authorize your account telling them that you're a high alert caller or something.
I'm wondering because they're all assholes to me, and I have the most legitimate issue... seems like it's so legitimate that they don't know how to tweak the system to help me.
