Does sprint have good cell phone service?

We are currently on verizon and it's just too damn expensive for absolutely no reason. We pay $260(with insurence and tax and all)for 3000 minutes and unlimited texting. And with sprint it's $180 wo tax for 5 people( my family). So were switching, but I need to know is it good service? Ibdont mean customer service I mean cellular service. Is the internent quick on 3G and what about 4g. Thanks
