i have some family outside of the USA... i was just wondering if i costs money to text them or if i should continue just buying prepaid cards and talking to them....
International texts cost a lot. I don't know about other carriers, but on AT&T is costs around 45 cents just to send one message internationally. Your best option is definitely prepaid cards.
