Does someone make a PCI card to get Comcast digital cable on a PC?

I have Comcast Internet and Digital TV. I was curious if there was a PCI (or USB 2.0) tuner card that can capture this signal ? I am building a new computer with a 22" widescreen monitor, and thought a TV tuner might be nice on this. I can run analog cable to it, but thought digital would look better......
