Does Somalia support Sharia Law?

I know Somalia hasn't had a government or anything in almost 20 years, and I know there is like civil war atm, but is sharia law the general practice there at the moment.
Especially in regards to freedom of speech, I'd assume it's all very censored..does anyone know anything?

Under the present circumstances it is difficult to answer questions on somalia with any degree of accuracy. I don't think there is any general practice for anything in somalia at the moment. I believe that the muslims in somalia are the best organized at the moment, and that most somali would like any sort of law and order. Sharia, or at least a version of it would seem to be likely. Sharia law as applied by human beings tends to lack impartiality among other things, by which I ea some laws would only apply to some people. For somalia it could hardly be worse then what they have now.
