yeah all samsung phones do. i have the exclaim. and i get a text. and its 1,2,3.. i had the rant, and it did the SAME. exact thing. really annoying. but both goods phones. i like the exclaim. its a duel slider. qwerty keyboard. and just regular.. number key pad thingy? idk what you'd call it.
