Does Sagittarius Mercury make some one, uhm player-ish?

Like someone who's got a different girl on his arm every day. What would indicate that?

I know a guy who's a Scorpio Sun, Virgo Moon, Sagittarius Mercury, Capricorn Venus, Cancer Mars, Libra Jupiter and I don't get him! He's soo bipolar. One minute he's clingy the next he's a player. One minute he's nice the next he's just plain rude!

What in his chart could be the culprit? Lol. I assume it's his Sagittarius Mercury because aren't Sagittarians flirty?
He is a gay bipolar freak! Haha.
 
I don't think his Mercury in Sag is the cause. I think he's just a gay, bi polar freak. Move on.
