does riding your bike help lose thigh fat?

im riding my bike everyday to the gym which is 30 min away on bike and im wondering will i lose thigh fat by doing that and running on the treadmill???? please and thank you
 
you sure will! i personally love biking as exercise because it works your entire leg, your butt, and your stomach. make sure to do it regularly though and to the point that your heart rate has significantly increased-- try to go for faster speeds for longer amounts of time and youll definitely see progress
