Some people said that it did something, which doesn't make any sense to me. They said if it wasn't useful why would it be on if you haven't even turned the power on yet? It's a good point but i was thinking, maybe they turned it on just so you would think it would, so you would spend your points on it. Can someone help me straighten this out, it doesn't seem like it would do anything because the whole point is 'to be revived quickly' and in solo you can't be revived so...
