I used it for the first time today and i was leaking, not much but i only had it in for about an hour and i had spots on my underwear, so i didn't have to time change it between classes in school, so i just stuck a pantyliner in and the panyliner has spotting over it at the end of the day.
was it because i didn't put it in deep enough? i didn't feel uncomfortable wearing it, i couldn't even tell it i was in. I used a regular flow one, i usually use slender or lite flow, but i just used the regular so it can't be that i had a heavy flow...
do you wear panty liners when you wear tampons just in case?
