I am doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week I want to add in some strength training to help tone and give my body definition as I lose more weight. As of now my goal is to lose 50 lbs. I have already lost 8lbs. I am also eating healthy. If I add pilates in every day will that count as my strength training? Or should I actually use weights and do weight lifting. I am a 21 year old female. 5 1" right now 183lbs. my starting weight was 191 lbs.
