Does phone locked to rogers work with petrocan or does it need to be unlocked?

hello there, I read on the internet that petrocan mobility uses Rogers network, does that mean a phone locked with Rogers, will work with petrocan or does the need to be unlocked?


will locked phone to rogers work with petrocan?
 
chances are you phone is carrier locked and will need to be unlocked. Most GSM providers use other gsm towers. I have even called 411 before and talked to cingular. (im a suncom user)
