Do they have free tune up service? even if you don't their bikes, can you just come in and ask for a tune up?

NO if you dont buy the bike from them you WILL NOT get a free tune up! You can ask all you want but you wont get it unless someone feels sorry for you and your wal mart bike....Be as cheap as you want but dont expect to get everything for free!
Most bike shop will offer a free tune-up with the first year after purchase. No one is going to give you a free anything on a bike you didn't buy from them.
Learn to do it yourself, then you can make money doing it for other folks!
