...health care? I just found out today that police officers earn 50k a year. Now just imagine if we paid those guys 38k! We would have no problem paying for national health care. It's lazy folks on the public payroll that ruin it for Blacks and Women who really need that health care.
I think if police officers were only paid what they were worth then perhaps they would work harder and realize that it is a privilege and not a right to be on the public dollar.
Sure 38k isn't enough to raise a family but if you're going to be a cop isn't it stupid to decide to raise a family at the same time? First of all you might be dead at anytime and second how are you going to send your kids to college on a cops salary? They'll just have to be cops themselves. That sure sounds pitiful.

It is kind of sad that America goes far into debt, depends on it, and now the rest of the world isn't sure if we are good for it.
