Does pairing iPhone to BMW 325ci bluetooth work?

Hey guys,
I have a 2005 BMW 325ci and I just saw (after all this time, lol) a bluetooth passkey and pin code for bluetooth. I tried pairing it with my iPhone and it says it wont work! =(

Are their other tricks I don't know of that works?

I bought a separate bluetooth device, but I would much rather prefer using the car instead.
