So I just put on paint stripper on my bike, on a few parts it removed it completly, on some parts it didnt even remove anything at all and on other parts it seems like a coat of plastic ( i think its laquer) came off or is coming off. How do I go about removing the rest of it? Should I just sand it? Re-do the paint stripper?
