I have all summer and i want to start doing this i tried it once and it had said that it makes you run faster, but i was like run faster at distance or sprinting. Also can i do plyo on Monday,Ab ripper on Wed and Core on Thurs. Cant do Friday. I dont want to work upper body, just lower so I dont get upper muscle mass that i dont need. Can someone give me a P90x workout for 100 and 200 meter sprint
