Okay here is the deal. my husband now works for a small IT
company with 2 other people who own it and he has been there for a year and a half no raise nothing.. worse yet he is the only person that knows how to run the business not the business owners and he is scared it will fail soon. but if it doesn't they tell him he will make a ton of money.. this job has no benefits either he is not making enough to support us and our son while im in nursing school full time. But he loves his job as far as the IT things he is doing ..
he now is offered a job at verizon communications that will make 8 more an hour than he is now with free school medical and a ton of great benefits .. but he will have to start doing a job he hates which is call center work.. but they said after a year he could be eventually promoted .
Has anyone ever worked for Verizon and started out at an crappy help desk job and got to eventually do something cool. do they even have jobs like IT jobs that are not customer service and help desk? what r the top IT jobs at Verizon communications??
