If the payroll taxes that I pay goes down by 2% in 2011, does my Federal AGI go up by the same amount? Ie, will I pay more in Federal and State Taxes?
I know my net income will go up, you noob. I'm attempting to estimate my tax burden for 2011 so I need to know if payroll taxes are subtracted from income before calculating taxes.
